FNB Supports *****, Don't Bank with Them

It's been a month since I got ****med online and reported the issue to FBN and they have not even try to assist to resolve this and get my money back. In fact, they don't answer their phones nor do they respond to emails. Their ***** department is useless and not helpful at all. Please don't bank with FNB, you will regret it, rather go elsewhere.
