FNB Supports *****
I reported a ***** case with FNB after nearly R10,000 was ****** from my accounts using two FNB cards. I am deeply concerned about how ********s were able to process multiple transactions of R1,500 without requiring a PIN. This raises serious questions about the bank’s security measures.
It has now been almost a week since I reported the incident, yet I have received no feedback or even an email confirming my case number. When I contacted FNB today, the consultant informed me that I must wait 30 days for an update and she hang up the phone on me.
In contrast, I opened a case with SAPS and received a case number within hours, demonstrating a far more efficient response.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I urge FNB to improve its customer service and communication processes. Based on my experience, I encourage others to not bank with FNB and rather look elsewhere for better services.
