FNB SUPPORT ******** & **********

3 months ago I was de*****ed out of R4500 by a ******* selling puppies online. I reported the ***** to fnb within 48hours of the transaction.

It has taken 3 months of driving around, spending multiple visits and time at the police station making statement after statement in order to comply with the procedures setout by fnb ***** department.

Last night I finally received my 'refund' which was R201.44. Apparently because this is all money that was in the account of the *******. This doesn't even cover my bank fees to be honest and this is NOT a refund by any means.

Had fnb acted immediately upon me reporting the **** and the ********** transaction, I would have been able to recover all of my funds. Now because fnb took so long to respond and take action, I have now been compensated with this ridiculous amount.

It would seem that fnb favors ********** and ******** above their legitimate customers and have no interest in righting any wrongs or crimes committed.
