FNB SUPPORT OFFICE - POOR SERVICE

I have been battling for a month now. The staff at the Brakpan branch tried their best to assist, but no-one higher up is helping us. Another customer managed to open a Wesbank account on my profile. The joke: both our first 6 numbers of the ID is the same?! Now all the security settings have been changed and I can not access my money or my profile!!!! The manager at the Brakpan branch has screen shots and proof of everything and reference numbers of everytime the query was locked, but no one is attempting to assist or solve the issue. Can someone get this sorted out please!!!
