FNB Support Non-Existent

Their online system lacks proper user-interface functionality. I've contacted them 2 separate occasions and never received a reply. When I logged on now to chat to an agent, it showed that they rep****, a response which I never received while waiting. I've contacted them again now and still no response, not even an automatic reply. The staff at the branch are mildly rude. I don't understand why they treat customers that way when we're giving our money to you. This banks lacks many things and they've got to work hard, very hard on their poor customer service.
