FNB has zero respect for its customers, zero desire in supporting them or helping to resolve issues.

When you log a support request with FNB, expect to give you a quick missed call and then close the ticket because "you are unavailable". What utter bull****!

Nice FNB, you can close your support tickets on SLA, on time job well done but **** the customer.
