FNB support is clueless and needs google help

FNB offers a chat function to solve problems one has with banking and the app. Unfortunately the "bankers" have no idea and constantly stop the chat. I am trying since over an hour to solve a problem but they do not know what instant eft is. FNB does not know what instant eft is? So I can't use this feature anymore because although I even sent a google answer they are struggling to understand and all ask if I want to pay and clear. And then they stop the chat and connect me to the next person, who knows also nothing and can't help me. This is ridiculous. After an hour I was finally connected to the digital support. They also can't help me and don't even bother to answer. They just immediately end the chat. All I wanted is help with an suddenly ocuring error with instant eft. More than an hour later, I know that at fnb the support has no idea and can't help at all.
