FNB support for inbound funds.

I have incoming payments that have been sitting in Limbo since December 29th. I was dealing with Mertle Lobai and I have not had any feedback in a week as much as I try to get any news if there is anything they need from me. I have even logged a complaint and I have not head anything back since last week. This is dissapointing for a bank I bank with and for someone trying to run a business. The service so far has been utterly unacceptable.
