FNB support failure

Since the lockdown, I have app**** for the Covid 19 relief fund. This fund has helped me a lot. Now that I am financially stable again and wish to CANCEL my covid 19 relief fund, I have absolutely no assistance for the past 2 weeks. I have gone in to the branch, sent multiple emails and made multiple phonecalls. No one seems to care or have the knowledge to assist me. I do not wish to settle, I want to cancel the relief fund. Still continuing to pay off my monthly amount I owe FNB. Again, I do not want to settle. Once again debit orders have gone off from the relief fund which is what I was hoping to avoid. I get no response or feedback or any assistance from FNB. Absolutely pathetic!
