FNB support

I tried calling the FNB customer support number, i put in my details as it requested me to do so, i want to chat to a representative and each time i press 1 as the menu asks me to do it, then the call ends, ive done this multiple times.

I dont want to talk to someone on secure chat because they cannot assist me with my query, they keep advising me to phone the support line, i do that and then the call drops or it wont allow me to advance further.
