FNB Sunward Park Funeral Policy ****

FNB Sunward Park **** their clients (mainly white clients) on the 25 February 2021 I was told I couldn’t open an account with FNB, I was instructed by the uneducated staff member that I have to take out a FNB funeral policy before I have the right to open an account with FNB. It was only in 2024 where I met a lady of colour at my friends Christmas party that she told me of how FNB ****s unsuspecting people when trying to open an account, they instruct you that you have to take out one of their insurance products. I was so disappointed that FNB would take part in such ******** activities and that staff in higher authoritative positions are well aware of what transpires and that none have taken any action to correct their standard of practice. I have done my utmost to rectify the gross conduct that FNB Sunward Park have put me through by demanding that the FNB funeral policy be cancelled at once, and that all the premiums that they have ****** from my account be returned to me, they have till date not done the right thing, I have just been met with disrespect. So please be aware that FNB Sunward Park bank is running a **** of forcing you to take out their FNB funeral policy. I am so grateful I met this lady from FNB who told me I have the right to open any type of bank account without having to take out a funeral policy.
