FNB sunk to a new low

FNB sunk to a new low. I paid off a rotary loan, and a personal loan I had with them. And informed FNB that I did so. The reply I got back was they did pay them back, but did not pay the settlement amount to close the account.

I paid the last money I owed on 17 Dec 2020. With the settlement amount that they asked for on 18 Dec 2020, to the amount of R112.11. With proof of payment sent to *** and *** on an almost daily period. Waiting for them to close the personal loan and rotary loan accounts. And to date, only the rotary was closed.

I log in today and I see the settlement amount was INCREASED to R454.77. To be done before 28 Dec 2020, when I allready made a settlement payment to them that they refused to acknowledge.

Absolutely pathetic and and a new low for FNB.
