FNB sucks shame

FNB is still offering their customers Covid 19 payment relief (Loan) instead of offering what customers want(Payment Holiday).Wesbank a division of FNB has given me a payment holiday for my car but FNB is still refusing to do the same,I really don’t know what to do but I still say no to the loan.
