FNB sucks Online chats non existent

My first loan debit order was deducted on the 25th June 2024. Correct as it is my pay date. July and August you try to debit on the 23rd. You then tried again on the 25th and received your money. Is this a new way to get money from us? It's a disgrace. Now it looks like my account is in arrears but it's not. Must I tell the whole South Africa including your investors who you employ😡 Trying to chat on the app , I was continuously transferred from person to person today. In total I was transferred to 7 different people in two days with no real solution. Fix this mess you created.You only dept in TAT are sales. The rest🥴
