FNB SUCKS NOW

No consultant could help me with a money gram issue ,the forex department they kept referring me to was another waste of time and energy ...after 2 weeks i am still yet to be assisted by this bank . Longbeach mall branch is purely useless when it comes to service and promanade was just exhausting because the teller looked more confused than i was ....pure hell for me and i cant stress enough how all these consultants had less than 0 customer service skills ,it was like being in a situation where the people that should provide some clarity simply did not want to on top of that you wait for a good hour to an hour and 30 min just to be told call forex and then forex says go back to the branch the tellers should be able to help you and STILL NOTHING .
