FNB sucks!! No help whatsoever. *****ing my money!
Seriously FNB.. So after I made an arrangement for my cell c payment to be done at the end of the month they have now twice tried a debit order from my account, and every time it's - R100 for a failed transaction.. **** you guys! FNB is the biggest ******** bank that exists. And they never sort anything out, even when I go to the branch they just send me to the phone to talk to financial department.. What the ****!! If I could get my money back from everytime they do this to me I would probably be at around R2000 for last year... It's the 2nd time this month.

25 Jan 2023, 06:24So great, after this complaint, I actually got my R200 back in my account, but of course they do exactly the same again, my salary isn't in yet and they tried again through the night. So again, R100 gone :-/
