FNB SUCKS - no actual person to talk to
I cannot get hold of ANY branch. You go through a string of options but can never get hold of an operator to direct your call or assist you. I need urgent help in getting hold of Forex and NO freakin branch is available for help.....I have been a client of this bank for many years and really....I think I will take my business elsewhere.
