FNB sucks. Like really, really bad. Just don't.

Pretty despondent at these people. I have a personal loan that stays at the same amount. They inflate interest and try to keep the owed amount as high as possible. It just makes me angry. Their customer service is *******. Their secure chat doesn't even exist anymore but they keep telling us to go to the secure chat on their stupid phone line. Update everything man. Useless to the core. The app is also really ****e now.
