Fnb Sucks

Their app is the worse. It's a constant issue. Not user friendly. My cousin is stuck I sent him an ewallet and then the stupid notification says I MUST AUTHENTICATE THE Ewallet ON MY APP. BUT NO NOTIFICATION CAME THROUGH ON THE APP. THE POOR CHILD IS STILL STUCK ON THE ROAD. ALSO THAT STUPID *120*321# DOESN'T GIVE ME ANY OF THE PROMPTS NEEDED. ITS PROMPTS ARE FOR A STOKVEL NEED A CELLPHONE OR CHANGE MY CELL NUMBER LIKE what the hek. Then the other stupid number Says I don't have enough airtime but I have a contract phone. If it's not the biometric blocking YOU THEN it's them not responding to mails ever. The only dam reason I haven't changed banks yet is because I'm waiting on something big but as soon As it's been processed I'm kicking this stupid bank to the curb. Worse decision I ever made!!!! Was changing to this bank.
