FNB sucks
I was promised a merchant credit card machine in 21days. It will be 5 weeks before I get one. If I get one. My forms have been incorrect on two occasions. The consultant Shahieda Hunter makes excuses for poor service. Not returning calls. Not answering emails. Is this the kind of service I look forward to with FNB? I still haven’t received an ebucks card. It’s a business account. No consultant has called to advise me. FNB SUCKS

12 working days AFTER the 21 working days promised.
I would suggest NOT working with FNBs’ easier telephonic service. It’s not easier.
So basically FNB will deliver you bank card the next day. But everything else will be a fight.
I’m part of business banking. And I wasn’t told of a business banker I could arrange a meeting with to discuss certain things.
Ebucks is also still an issue. I’ve had my account for more than 21 days. With no ebucks card. Apparently you as a customer are supposed to request this. Surely, someone could have told me that I was supposed to get hold of the ebucks department? So now I’ll be waiting another 21days for an ebucks card which they’ll send by post??? Do you realize how bad the postal system is???
Why can you deliver my bank card - but not my ebucks card? Oh, it’s because the customer actually gets back with an ebucks card!
And if I want my ebucks card earlier. I have to pay for it.
