FNB Sucks

Banks is really getting on my nerves - They cover you - Take your money for insurance and when push comes to shove they send you from one department to the other costing you a fortune in Telephone fees - When you think its finally sorted boom here we go again. So yes here we go again - I need to know why FNBLIFE is not paying my Credit cards as I have been retrenched in December and now the bank just decided to take it from my savings account??? I am supposed to be covered until December? Please contact me on *** or *** I would like a refund on the funds taken and FNBLife sorting out their stuff, please and just now I received a call that I am behind in payment for goodness sake - when stating that I have paid insurance no I need to contact this and that - with what airtime - I am unemployed - living on charity of others - HELLO??
