FNB sucks

I accidentally used my easy zero account as my main account at work. Salary payment date is 27 September 2024. I was told that it would take 3 business days to bounce back to my company's account. I phone again today and now I'm being told that it will take 14 days. My bills have not been paid, I'm homeless because I relocated, my phone is stuck at repairs cause I don't have money to take it out. I'm very frustrated, I can't even call my family to assist me. I would like my money to be bounced so I can close all my accounts with fnb. This is not the first time I'm having problems
