FNB SUCKS

It truly blows my mind that FNB gets awarded the best bank every year and yet there services are totally useless.

Nobody there knows what they are doing! You try and talk to the so called 24 bankers on the app and the only reply they have is "sorry its not in our expertise please call the help desk."

After trying to keep you cool just barely manage to do it, you call the help desk. And it's like talking to a wall. They waste your time and airtime on pressing buttons and trying to see how many times they can pass you on to another operator.

Then when you totally about to loose it the last person decided that I don't want to help and ends the call.

What am I paying banking fees for if I have to do everything my self.. Where is this first class, on the edge of the industry 24 hours support that they are promoting.

I would REALLY like to experience that because I absolutely would not recommend FNB to ANYONE at this stage.
