Fnb sucks

Fnb Vaal mall is the worst. You wait on a line for hours before you are assisted by a teller. Most of the time there is only one teller. We have jobs and other duties that we need to attend to. Our lives cant revolve around fnb. When you complain to the staff, you regret doing so because there is no change. You hadly ever see the branch manager. Fnb is saving at their customer's and employees expense. They need to change their attitude towards customer experience. Unless thecompany as a whole does not care.
