FNB Sucks

Been with FNB for many years without problems. Recently dont know what is going on, having so much problems with them recently and the worst is they f#$@ up and me as consumer must battle with them. Few months ago i did a online purchase, money went off my account but the merchant didnt receive anything. Took 2 weeks to get my money back. Now again made a purchase this past Friday at Spar, the money went off twice. Followed up with Spar and perfect on their side, so still waiting for FNB to give my money back. Wont be surprise if they do this 2 alot of customers, the money earns interest somewhere or something in a suspense account and i must battle to get my money back which is FNB's mistake to start with.. So fedup with this back, please consider alternatives before having headaches with them, i am in the process of moving banks...
