FNB Sucks
I have recently moved over all my banking from CAPITEC to FNB, and now after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my bank card. They were quick to make promises but now I'm still without a bank card. Got 1 response from DSV, made arrangements for delivery, but nothing happened. Now I'm almost 2 weeks without a bank card, and sending myself ewallets etc is not the way to live. Useless bank, terrible service.

28 Jun 2024, 09:19Again just empty words, want to have an investigation, by the time your investigation is done I will have moved to another bank. I do not care about yout investigations, I want my card today, tomorrow I will close my account with FNB if I do not have my card ny today.
