FNB SUCKS!!!

Got an SMS message from FNB with the following notice

Please email your required FICA documents to *** or contact ***.

Phoning the number results in nada, like in nothing. Then I am being harassed by this number *** which seems to be your call center. If so, why do your agents give 3 rings and drop the call?

You guys are quick to harass someone when you need stuff, yet when I as a customer request a change to my account I do not hear anything from you unless I log a complaint or phone and shout at someone, that is if I get through to the call center.

You customer service sucks!!!!!!

However, to get back. What is the message about and why haven't I received an email in regards to this.
