FNB SUCKS

I am only with FNB from December. The service this far is lacking. There was ***** transactions from Temu before the long weekend. When I reported it, my card was blocked instantly, ON A LONG WEEKEND.. this is not cool. I want my money reversed back to me, now I need to wait to see what and where and when. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE DELIVERY. Also another transaction off from my card, at just after 5 in morning, still no feedback, trying to report cant report it, system gives and error. NO SERVICE.. I will be closing my acount.
