FNB SUCKS!

Called the call center as I'm out of RSA - I requested to have the account closed; I was pushed from pillar to post, only to be put on hold for almost an hour after I said I'm calling from overseas; I had to hang up and am still not assisted; HOW PATHETIC!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
