FNB SUCKS BIG TIME!! ***** case goes unresolved

My husband opened a medical aid for myself and my daughter 5years ago. I was the main member however my husband pays this from his back which is standard bank. We cancelled our medical aid in Dec 2020. For the past 5 months the medical aid is taking out 2 debit orders off my account which firstly I didn’t authorize and secondly I don’t know what this is for which I am busy investigating with the medical aid. Now FNB won’t credit me with my money back and won’t tell me who gave them permission to take this off my account because I certainly didn’t!!

I have been with this back for the past 16 years. I am a premier banker. But that means zero to these bankers and the past 3 years I have constant arguments with them. They don’t have their customer best interests and if there are issues there’s no competent consultants to assist. My husband is with standard bank and he doesn’t have any of these issues. I am definitely changing my banker after banking with them for 16 years. I can’t deal with imbeciles any longer
