Fnb sucks big time

I am so angry and annoyed with this bank, they complicating something so simple. I can't understand why I can't reverse my debit orders, I can't stand the drama, other banks don't make this such a tedious process. I'm not impressed, will not recommend this bank to anyone rather to switch immediately. They are beyond useless!
