Fnb sucks

Fnb allowed money to be taken of account for uber when phoning them and explaining that it is a mistake as there is no uber in our town they said money would be paid back. They **** and uber keeps on going off account. Ho the hell does this happen. Fnb did send document to fill in but no monwy was paid back. Best is to close the account as it will not get sorted out.
