FNB sucks

There have been *****ulant transactions on my credit card (supposed to be impossible because I did not approve any transactions on the banking app). Reported this a week ago and was told the turn around time was 7-10 days. Called today to follow up, was told it is now 7-30 days, asked to speak to a supervisor and was cut-off.

Avoid this bank at ALL cost
