FNB sucks at Paypal Support!

Unable to link my Paypal account despite following all the instructions (not user friendly at all) supp**** by FNB

Tried to contact their PayPal call center on the number they have provided but it just rings and rings and is never answered so unable to get telephonic help

They hold the monopoly on paypal reaching SA accounts so this is very frustrating! Hopefully someone can help when a complaint is laid
