FNB sucks as always!

FNB sucks as always! they contacted me offering me a discount on my loan which I stopped paying because they have been charging me ridiculous amounts which they could not justify.

Neither the less, I accepted the offer and paid the account. Spoke to an agent from the legal department name " Patrick Mbatha" who was only active when he wanted me to pay, once I made payments he was nowhere to be found, the Account was settled in full and closed as per FNB. Why are you refusing with my paid-up letter???????????????
