FNB Sucks

Good day. I have a problem with FNB use to think they are the best bank in the world but I was wrong. Have disputed debit orders that I have cancelled and it is 3 months now and still my money is not back in my account. When you go in to the branch they tell you to phone the debit order reversal help line. When you get threw to them they are rude and tell you they can’t do anything you must go to your branch. What kind of bank is that , how can company’s and people trust a bank like FNB that can’t help you with your own money......
