FNB sucks

I received a message saying I was qualified for a consolidation loan but when I app**** and got the the last step to approve . It gives me a systems error. I can sales depth to assist. They tell me I don't qualify. You guys can do that .You want me to pay more so you can suck all the money you can out of me . I really have started to hate FNB as they are **** and always disappoint me when I need them the most .
