FNB Sucks

I received a R200 Takealot gift voucher from FNB for using my virtual credit card for all my online purchases. However, when I tried to redeem it, the voucher code came up as invalid. I tried to get this resolved using Secure Chat on the FNB App, but after being shunted around for almost an hour I gave up and phoned private Banking.

After holding on for nearly 20 minutes I also gave up on this. Now I know most banks suck, but I am surprised that FNB has gone down the slippery slope so quickly. Maybe I need to move to ABSA who are a bit more expensive, but still seem to take customer service seriously
