Fnb sucks

They dnt even deserve the one star. Extremely disgusting and disgraceful service from fnb business banking department. Its been a week since they froze my account, despite sending all relevent document's, the process is just going around in circles where on consultant tell me everything is upto date, another calls and says this document is missing an other gives me the wrong detsils to email to? Its ridiculous. For business banking they are suppose to have instant solutions not this ****. And hire staff in branch and at centre's who know their ****, not transferring customers here and there. I am definitely going to close my acount with them once this is resolved, it has impacted my business, month and and a week with no resolution.
