FNB SUCKS!
For the last few days, I have been unable to process payments with FNB. I cannot make EFT payments, after calling their customer "care" line I was referred to the online banking messaging service which then referred me back to the digital banking app call center. I have received no help from FNB who claim to be all about customer centered banking. *******! Extremely disappointed in their service.

You guys are absolutely terrible! your call center agents are well-spoken and sound very helpful but ultimately leave you with a big bag of nothing as they seem to not know what the hell they are doing. I am extremely disappointed by the pathetic service offered to me by this institution. 100% would not recommend.
