FNB sucks

My fnb card had expired in October, I was only aware of it by the most embarrassing experince ever, paying for something and the cashier saying it had DECLINED. Does FNB know embarrassing such an experince is??? I don't think..

So on the 2nd of November 2016, I walked into the Plumstead Fnb branch to collect my card and to find out my card is not at my home branch but with the courier company. The assistant then contacted the courier company and apparently i was uncontactable due to my old number not available, i then asked what alternate numbers was available and her response was my work number and well did you contact that number and when? Yes we have on the 15th of October the very same day i walked into FNB PLUMSTEAD to update my details and who in there right mind contacts a work number for the very first time on saturday??????

Since then i have been back and fourth with a supervisor Named Laurenne who has done nothing besides provide me with empty promises as i not yet recieved any form of communication that my card will be delivered or I can collect it somewhere!!!

I am single father who needs to provide for my daughter, please tell me how the **** is that going to be possible if the IDIOTS are driving around with my card!!
