FNB SUCKS

FNB is making a fool and I'm so tired of their bull****. It's been months since I want to close my Retirement Annuity account with them and all they do is taking me from pillar to post. How is it possible that you don't know the system you implemented?

I've opened the account via the FNB App but their advisors can't close the account for me and return my cash back. Is this some sick **** game they are pulling?

I've been hoping this guys will assist but they are just useless.

I'm not sure about the reference number I've provided because I've bern requesting assistance months ago from this bank without any luck.
