FNB Sucks

On the 28th of June I app**** for a card that was approved and has not yet been delivered 7 business days later?? On the 4th of June I chatted to a consultant via the secure chat and was told that my card would be delivered on the 5th of July before 12h00. 3PM yesterday afternoon I called the bank to find out where my card is to be told that the driver is close by and I will have my card shortly and they will call me at 4PM to confirm that all is well (this was after a 45 min long call) 4PM they called and the driver had still not arrived with my card I was put on hold and my call was never returned to, I drove home from OR Tambo airport to Pretoria east while be kept on hold and eventually gave up. I called again this morning just after 8AM to be passed from pillar to post and after another 30 min was told my card will only arrive on the 7th as I had missed the delivery and was unreachable, not once was I called or SMS's, on the 5th - After advising that this is not an option the person that I spoke with said she will ask for a same day delivery and call me back - well guess what - Still no card and no call back either - I am so sick of FNB taking funds early and not sticking to their promised service levels!! No wonder so many people are changing to a different bank. Im sorry that I ever opened and account with FNB. Really think that I should follow suit and change banks
