Fnb sucks

I haven trying to contact fnb ***** dept since the 5th January 2023 and until today I am unsuccessful. Fnb service sucks . I will never advise anyone to deal with this bank. For sales they are number 1 but when you need assistance there’s so many protocols as if they donot want you to be assisted. I will be moving banks and everyone I know I will make them change banks aswell. I can only imagine the frustration fnb put their customers through
