FNB sucks

I transfered money from my cheque account to savings pocket, which was linked to the business account I had...

When I try to transfer the funds back I couldn't and was told I shoukd write a letter attach company documents... Apparently the business account was closed, which is fair. So why was the savings pocked kept open and I have been using it until now.

When I transferred, I didn't have to write to anyone.

Infact why are the funds not just rejected by the account in the 1st place.
