FNB SUCKS!!!

I’ve been asking for a reversal of a transaction l didn’t authorise from my account, and their staff on “secure chat” has been transferring me to different departments and none of them could help me. Instead I was told that I need to check every day if l don’t get a reverse option on my side. POOR SERVICE!!!
