FNB Sucks

To follow on my previous post; within in a few hours I get a confidential message on Hellopeter, with big apologies and that one of their agents would call me shortly. To my amazement they actually did with again major apologies and to please send them the info urgently. Well that is when it all ended again, after sending 5 emails with the same info and two weeks later, a big nothing. It makes me wander how they are still in business and how other FNB customers get satisfaction. ☹
