FNB sucks

All I needed was a simple credit card increase!!! FNB makes it seem like I'm asking them to go the moon and back. My limit increase was processed and approved - YAY - But now I get told it cannot happen as it is only giving the option to upgrade the status of the card - So as usual - "We will escalate it Sir" - 3 working days later still nothing. ???????
