FNB sucks

I had a personal that was in arrears, last year November i settled the account. They still have not closed my account. I sent through a proof of payment 7days ago. This morning when i phoned they still have not closed the account, each time i phone the consultants have different stories. This account is affecting my credit profile negatively.
