Fnb Sucks

Im a premier client, and i do have an easy account as well.. on my premier acc i get notified that my card is expiring.. today i wanted to use my easy acc card and card is expired.. pathetic for Fnb njt to notify me of such.. i tried calling Fnb to order a new card they not allowed to access the new card function, i tried ordering a new card from my app i cant order a new card.. i get told to go to a branch to order a new card.. its frustrating sitting at the Newmarket Fnb branch and they only have 3 staff to assist all these people.. this is inconveniance.. cant sit whole day waiting.. pathetic service Fnb
